Retainer or project. We are happy to start with a paid audit, so you can see how we work before anyone commits to anything longer.
What we do for clients
Nine things, done properly
Not a menu we would like to sell. This is what we already do every day on our own stores, offered to yours.
Google Ads
Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Demand Gen, built from the economics up: breakeven first, target second. Merchant Center feed health, conversion hygiene, and offline import for cash-on-delivery orders that Google never sees.
Meta & TikTok Ads
Campaign structure, creative rotation before fatigue kills the account, budget pacing and spend reconciliation. Server-side Conversions API so purchases actually arrive — on many COD stores they never did.
SEO & AI search
Technical audit, then execution: product and collection copy at scale, metadata, structured data, internal linking, image alt text. Plus the newer half — making sure AI assistants can read and quote your catalogue.
Websites & stores
Shopify builds and rebuilds, landing pages, and full store clones into a new market — language, currency, filters and legal pages included. Conversion work on the pages that already get traffic, before spending more on traffic.
Custom software
Marketplace apps, internal dashboards, integrations and automation. If it involves an API nobody documented properly, a courier, or an accounting system, we have probably already fought that particular fight.
Data & profitability
Contribution per order, per SKU, per brand — revenue minus cost of goods, shipping and marketing, net of VAT, counting only what was actually delivered. Warehouses, dashboards, and watchdogs that complain when a number goes stale.
E-commerce operations
Courier and label integrations, address validation, duplicate-order and refusal prevention, stock synchronisation across stores, and customer-service automation on top of your helpdesk.
Market research
Before you build or launch: is anyone actually paying in this niche? We measure demand from public evidence — reviews, install counts, search volume, competitor ad libraries — and we are happy to come back with “don’t”.
Creative & content
Ad copy and static ad creative, product photography workflows, editorial articles that are written to be read rather than to hit a word count, and video pipelines that publish on a schedule instead of on good intentions.
Process
How an engagement usually goes
Same order every time, because skipping a step is how agencies end up optimising against a number that was never true.
A paid audit first
One to two weeks. We get read access, measure what is actually happening, and hand you a written verdict with the numbers behind it — including the parts you will not enjoy. It is yours whether or not we work together afterwards.
Fix the measurement
Before any budget moves, the tracking has to be true. Conversions, server-side events, cost of goods, shipping cost per parcel. Optimising against a wrong number is the most expensive thing an agency can do to you.
Run and report on contribution
Weekly changes with a written reason. Reporting in money — what each channel and each product contributed after goods, shipping and ad spend — not in impressions.
Automate what repeats
Anything done the same way three times becomes a script with a watchdog on it. Those stay yours: documented, on your infrastructure, with the credentials in your name.
Services
What can you actually pay for an order?
This is the arithmetic we run before we touch a budget — the same one our profitability engine runs on every store, per SKU. Change the inputs; the numbers below are computed, not illustrative.
breakeven = (AOV ÷ (1 + VAT) − goods − shipping) × delivered − shipping × (1 − delivered)Refused parcels still cost you the shipping. That last term is the one most calculators leave out.
